Port Neches-Groves High School Principal Dr. Scott Ryan has been the principal of Port Neches-Groves High School since the 2017-18 school year. He is a proud Class of 1995 PNG Graduate. He attended Texas A&M University where he received a degree in Interdisciplinary Studies in 1999. He then went on to Lamar University where he received a Master of Education Administration in 2002 and a Doctorate of Education in Educational Leadership in 2014. Before becoming the Principal of PNGHS, Dr. Ryan taught math at Edison Middle School, Thomas Jefferson High School, and Groves Middle School. He then became the Assistant Principal at Port Neches Middle and later the Director at the PNGISD Alternative Education Center. He loves being at Port Neches-Groves High School, “The Best High School in the Universe”.
